The following dancers took part in the creation of Dance Project 1: In Your Dreams

Dani

Hi, I'm Dani, and I'm 23 years old.  I love contemporary dance and have been involved in many projects.  I worked for two years as Ginger Spice in a Spice Girls Tribute Band travelling Europe.

I love the sun, America and watching American Football.  I'm a tomboy with a girlie exterior.  If I was to come back as an animal, I would have to be a monkey.

Jez

Hi, I'm Jez, 19 years old.  I enjoy juggling 7 balls, keeping myself well-coordinated for dance.  My agility comes from juggling with fire.  I also snake board in my spare time.  I gain satisfaction from passing my skills on to others.

Overall I'd say I'm enjoying life and am satisfied.  So if I were to come back as an animal, I'd be a banana - they're good for dancers, don't you know!

Mindy

My name is Mindi and I live in Cornwall.  I enjoy spending time going to the beach and body-boarding.  I meet lots of different characters while I'm waitressing at a beach cafe during the summer which keeps me entertained.

If I were an animal I'd be a puppy because I'm affectionate, often hyperactive and barking mad.

Tasha

Alright, my name is Tash, and I'm the most unhealthy dancer - I've just had a cream cake.  Anyway, likes & dislikes: likes...drum and bass, Tori Amos, the colour purple, flares and skate guys.  Dislikes...chart music, cheesy clubs, spinach and boy racers.

If I was to be an animal, it would be a black panther.
Purrr!

Jenny

I've always loved the arts, and throughout my life I have been involved in many drama productions, short films and dancing shows.  Before coming to college, I studied English Literature, Photography and Theatre Studies at 'A' level.  My ambition is to be a dancer in a contemporary dance company (after travelling the world!)...so here's hoping.

If I had to come back as an animal, I'd be Tigger because he's got life sorted.  He just spends his time bouncing around a wood with his mates, finding adventures and getting fed - sounds good to me!

Amy

Just graduated from Bretton Hall College and eager to start dancing in a professional context - not much luck so far!  I'm hyperactive and full of energy and enthusiasm, and therefore find it hard to sit still for any length of time.

If I were to come back as an animal, I would be a BIRD - I'd be free to do what I like and go where I please, see many places and experience many things.

Our thanks to the following people, without whom the project could not have happened:
